It was fairly clean and the staff were nice and exceptional, beds were exceptionally comfortable. My food was delicious and excellent.

Straightforward hotel with a welcoming staff and an outdoor bar. Great location, 10 minutes' drive from Goma airport. Variety of places to visit, such as eateries and bars walking distance to the property.

Useful amenities like a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a writing table made my one-night stay here more comfortable. 📺

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near Lake Kivu. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and souvenir shops. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They were the highlight of my experience and made me feel so welcome. the balconies offered a nice view of the lake, and the overall design of the hotel was interesting and pleasant. the breakfast provided was enjoyable, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the spacious room and updated bathroom. the fast WiFi was a pleasant surprise. great value for money. Cons: Nothing to mention. 😊.

The location of this hotel was perfect, close to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and the terrace was a nice addition. The free guarded parking space was convenient. the breakfast was very good, with a decent variety of options and sometimes offered as a buffet. The free wifi was reliable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The presence of a backup generator was also a great advantage.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The shower head was not properly fixed, making it difficult to shower without holding it.

Had a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The hot showers were absolutely amazing, with plenty of water pressure. The WiFi in the room was lightning fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The location was great, just a stone's throw away from the beach and several nice restaurants. I also appreciated the ample parking space, as it gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe.

This was a cause for concern, especially during buffet meals where guests and staff were handling the same utensils. the early morning noise from a nearby construction site was quite disturbing.

We stayed at a budget room with a window facing a walkway, which made the room quite dark. However, the hotel's beautiful exteriors and comfortable beds made our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast in the garden was a nice touch. I would recommend this hotel.

amazing stay at gisenyi. musanto hotel exceeded expectations with spacious room, lightning fast wifi, and delicious breakfast. staff went above and beyond, especially the young man at reception. definitely the best value for money in town.
